Accurate, Experienced & Friendly Trial Services
Take your paperwork worries away and concentrate on the trial itself. Your agility trails will be less stressful and more fun by having June's Agility Services provide your trial secretary work. Results are posted promptly and, when conditions and site allow, can be displayed on a monitor that can be viewed by each exhibitor just moments after their run is complete. Some of the primary services are provided as follows:
- Assist the club in submitting applications when needed.
- Create a premium from information supplied by the club.
- Copy, fold and distribute premiums.
- Accept and process all entries and verify fees.
- Verify height cards and keep in contact with exhibitors, return emails and calls, and respond to inquiries and questions in a timely manner.
- Send confirmations to exhibitors and judge(s).
- Inform exhibitor when dog needs to be measured.
- Provide posted running orders, scribe sheets, and gate steward boards for the days of the trial.
- Score table staffed by myself, or someone with clubs pre-approval that is skilled and knowledgeable and can do the job competently.
- Scribe sheets scored, entered into computer or hand-recorded in catalog.
- Produce marked catalogs for each judge, AKC, and club.
- Post results from all classes when they are completed.
- Accept day-to-day move-ups on the weekend of the trial.
- Create labels for all qualifying ribbons.
- Submits trial results and secretaries report to AKC.
